National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA)
At Shell Valley we are experienced in the production of compliance documents for projects regulated under the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA). Our staff is expert with the NEPA process, and can assist clients in their coordination with federal agencies such as the U.S. Forest Service, BLM and the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service.
We have prepared numerous Environmental Assessments (EA) as well as Biological Assessments (BA) and Biological Evaluations (BE). Shell Valley specialists have also worked alongside much larger firms, to produce Environmental Impact Statements (EIS) and Resource Management Plans (RMP) for Bureau of Land Management Resource area offices in Colorado, Utah and Wyoming.
